The primary
service provided by WSI is the support of their installed base
of radios and tone alert systems. We also provide consulting,
systems maintenance and custom development services. WSI consulting
services
include
RF coverage, design/analysis, system engineering, systems integration
of control equipment into customer infrastructure, receiver integration
into customers’ existing intercom/PA systems and on-site
training and customization.
The system’s maintenance services include a specific customer
response operation center in addition to its full remedial repair
services for radio system products, on a fee basis, if desired
by the customer, and installation of large quantity receivers
into citizens’ homes.
The custom development services are provided
on an hourly basis to integrate WSI systems with our customers'
existing information systems
and to add enhanced system features.
